A technology industry veteran with over 25 years of experience, Marc spent 10 years working in Dell Technologies where he setup and ran their EMEA Edge & IoT business. He has extensive first hand experience of all aspects of the complexities of IoT and Edge projects from Devices, Device Management and Orchestration, Security, Software, AI, Analytics, etc. from a technology perspective. He has also worked closely with companies around the commercial viability and evaluation of IoT projects and the impact these types of projects can have from a corporate culture perspective. In the summer of 2020 Marc took advantage of a voluntary redundancy program in Dell and joined IOTech on a part time consultancy basis for 6 months which then progressed on to becoming their full time Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in March 2021.
