Join senior executives from Dell and IOTech, two of the leading lights of Linux Foundation's EdgeX Foundry project as they discuss the momentum that the project has achieved and highlight the future plans for this fast growing initiative with particular reference to their commercial strategies for EdgeX.
EdgeX Foundry is an open source project building an interoperability platform for Industrial IoT edge computing with a stated goal of becoming the pervasive Edge Platform for the Industrial Internet of Things.
Since its launch less than a year ago the project has gained significant momentum with now over 70 members of the project, it has met delivery goals and has an ambitious road map going forward.
On the webcast IOTech will introduce Edge Xpert, a full commercial implementation of EdgeX. Dell will also provide insight on their adoption plans for the platform as part of their broader IoT solution offering.
